We’ve noticed a high interest in our products, with many users actively joining the waitlist on Tindie.
As you might have already learned from our Tindie store update, the platform stopped allowing makers from Ukraine, like us, to sell their products back in 2023.

Unfortunately, we are still in the process of relocating our business operations to the US in order to restore our sales on Tindie.
Tindie is a fantastic platform for DIY, and most importantly, it has an amazing community of users and valued customers. We would love to continue our work there, but various circumstances are currently keeping us from resolving this setup.

But challenges exist to be solved. Back in 2023, we launched our Etsy shop, and our own website’s online store has been up and running since 2021. We welcome everyone interested to place their orders directly on our website or via Etsy. Both platforms handle both domestic orders within Ukraine and international shipping, with the exception of countries currently under international sanctions.
If it makes no difference to you, we would highly appreciate it if you placed your orders directly through our website:
https://iot-devices.com.ua/shop
Our website’s store offers the widest selection of products, whereas marketplaces like Etsy only feature a limited part of our inventory.
However, if you have good reasons that make ordering through Etsy more convenient for you, please feel free to do so there:

Let’s answer some related questions
Q. If I am outside of Ukraine, can I still order products directly from your website?
A. Yes, absolutely. Our website fully supports international orders. The only exceptions are countries currently under international sanctions and certain other nations that are hostile toward Ukraine and/or support terrorism.
Q. If I am in Ukraine, can I order through Etsy? If so, how will the product be shipped?
A. Yes, if ordering on Etsy is more convenient for you—for instance, if you prefer using PayPal as your payment method. In this case, the item will be shipped from Ukraine to Ukraine via Ukrposhta.
Q. If I order directly from your website, will it help me avoid the extra fees or taxes I would have to pay when ordering on Etsy?
A. If you place an order on our website, we will cover all the necessary taxes here in Ukraine. However, when the package clears customs at your destination, you will still be responsible for paying any applicable local import duties and fees.
Since we are not a US or EU registered business, we cannot act as a tax agent or withhold any taxes or duties on behalf of foreign governments, as Etsy does in certain cases. Therefore, by ordering directly from our website, you assume full responsibility for any additional fees or import charges that may arise.
Q. What payment methods are supported on your website?
A. For all orders, whether local or international, we support only one payment method: credit or debit card. If you are looking for more payment options, we recommend using our Etsy shop instead.
Q. Under what shipping terms are your packages delivered? Is it DDP?
A. In the case of ordering through Etsy, yes—it is as close to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) as it gets, since Etsy automatically collects all taxes and fees from the buyer during checkout and payment. In theory, such packages should clear customs faster, although in practice we do not see a significant difference in delivery times. Please also note that Etsy states that, in most cases, our packages are covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection program.
A. (Continued) When ordering directly through our website, the terms are DAP (Delivered at Place) rather than DDP. For all shipments (including our Etsy shop orders), we always utilize the international PRIME system (see: https://www.ipc.be/services/quality/prime).
Our postal operator, Ukrposhta, is a member of the Universal Postal Union. If we look for the closest equivalent in Incoterms, a package sent via PRIME is delivered under DAP rules. This means that we cover the shipping costs up to the specified address when dispatching the package. The recipient, however, is responsible for all customs duties and taxes, such as VAT, and in some countries, Sales Tax (for example, local state fees in the US).
A. (Continued) The only exception is the additional 10% customs fee introduced in the US in 2025—the cost of this fee is already included in our shipping price.
Q. Is the fulfillment warehouse for orders placed on Etsy different from the one used for orders placed on your website?
A. No, it is the exact same warehouse in Ukraine. All packages are shipped through Ukrposhta, Ukraine’s national postal operator.
Q. Do you have a warehouse in the US or the EU?
A. No. Our manufacturing and fulfillment facilities are located entirely in Ukraine.
Q. Why are the prices on your website listed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH)? Can I pay in my own local currency?
A. As a business registered in Ukraine, we are legally required to conduct all transactions exclusively in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). To help our shop visitors easily estimate the cost of our products, we provide an option to switch the displayed currency to USD, but the actual payment will still be processed in UAH. During checkout, the payment gateway will automatically convert the funds from your card’s currency based on the exchange rates of the International Payment Systems.
Q. Does the final price when paying for an order through the website differ from the total shown at checkout? Why is this so?
A. Since we can only accept payments in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH), the payment gateway we use will convert your card account’s currency into UAH, and a standard transaction fee from the international payment systems will also be applied.
Q. When placing an order through your website and completing the payment, will I need to share my payment details, such as my card number, with you? How secure is your payment system?
A. Our website stores only the bare minimum of necessary information, such as your email and shipping address details. No payment data is ever processed or stored on our servers. The entire checkout and payment procedure takes place on the secure infrastructure of our third-party payment provider, fully complying with the security standards required by International Payment Systems.
Q. I tried to pay with a card on your website, but the payment failed with a comment saying the bank did not authorize the transaction. What is the issue, and what should I do?
A. Most likely, it is your own bank that blocked the transaction due to its internal security policies. If this happens, we recommend contacting the customer support of the bank that issued your payment card for assistance. Alternatively, you can try completing the payment using a different card.
