Order processing and fulfillment
4–7 days (some shop orders may take longer to process due to the manufacturing required for certain items included in the ordered product specifications).

Shipping carrier
Ukrposhta for local and international orders. Nova Poshta is also available as an option for local orders within Ukraine. Delivery is available to all destinations (except for temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and countries that are subject to international sanctions or hostile toward Ukraine and its citizens).

All orders are shipped with tracking.
Shipment delivery system
International orders are shipped within the PRIME international delivery system. The PRIME international delivery system (an initiative of the TSC — Telematics and Standards Cooperative within the Universal Postal Union) currently unites more than 40 leading postal operators worldwide.
Parcel delivery terms
DAP (Delivered at Place) for orders via the website, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for orders via our Etsy shop (where supported by Etsy in each specific case).

All products undergo thorough testing and configuration (where applicable) before shipping.
